Will County Center for Economic Development

Board of Director / Executive Committee

The purposes of the Will County CED are: to conduct programs for development and improvement of trade, commerce, industry and residence within the Will County area on a not-for-profit basis, and in the furtherance thereof, to have power: to cooperate with any program either abroad, the United States of America, the State of Illinois or any of their agencies, or any other organization or governmental unit, to promote trade, commerce, industry and residence in and about Will County, Illinois. The CED also has such powers as are now or may hereafter be granted by the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of the State of Illinois. The CED is organized for all purposes set forth within the meaning of Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended and, from time to time, may engage in any act or activity in furtherance of the broad purposes of which the CED is organized.
