The Strategic Policy Council serves as a public / private "Think Tank" created to tackle the tough issues that challenge economic development throughout the region. These are issues over which the CED has no direct control such as transportation infrastructure and a quality workforce. The council analyzes the issues and recommends strategies to the Board of Directors.
